About YogalaKlara

I am a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Degree from India. I am also a professional dancer for more than 10 years. I studied dance and movement practices for a very long time and yoga became one part of the everyday practice. Yoga is now my lifestyle and tool. I am always grateful to share this knowledge. In combination with my previous studies I have a great understanding about body and movement techniques. So I combine some of the practices into the yoga classes. My classes are various with focus on strength, alignment and relaxation. From flowy almost dance-like flows to very technical alignment practices. Adjusted accordingly to personal needs.

About the lesson

Lessons with me will help you improve your alignment, strength, confidence, feeling better inside out and have fun at the same time. You will just want to feel that amazing all the time after you try one of my classes. - vinyasa yoga flow - beginners - advanced - personalized approach - professional understanding of the body Yoga is not about suffering it is about feeling better in your own skin. Everyone can find the way to it. I love to teach all kinds of levels of yoga, because there is always something to improve by coming to the basics. I really love exploring the ways how to bring yoga closer to more people. So don’t be afraid and try :) And if you wanna do some advanced vinyasa classes, help with harder balances or just do some craziness together. I am here for ya as well

It is possible to have a short class of 30-45 minutes. The same if you feel like one hour is not enough there is no problem make it 1 h 30 min.
