About Robin
I have a Psychology and Linguistics degree, as well as 10+ years working with youth and their families as a teacher, support worker, coach, as well as mental health support experience for individuals with anxiety, depression, and other emotional support needs. I am calm, patient, supportive, compassionate, present during our time together, educated and bring years of experience into the mental health support field.

I spend time with students to help teach them to organize their tasks, manage and reduce their stress, communicate their emotional and physical needs, cope with their anxiety and/or depression and provide a cost-effective, confidential alternative to expensive therapy or counselling. I work with all ages, ranging from 10 years old to University students (of any age), and excel in patience, communication, compassion and teaching techniques catered to the individual's needs.
