About Azin
I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in English literature and also hold a TESOL Certificate for teaching English.
Teaching has always been my passion and I’ve been teaching English to ESL students for 12 years both face to face and online. In my twelve years teaching experience, I have taught general English, speaking courses, and academic writing. Apart from teaching, I love cooking and people say I am really good at it! I am friendly, lively, energetic, and my classes are a lot of fun!

In kids classes, I always try to keep their classes fun by using videos, songs, funny pictures, amusing games along with a lot of TPR because I found it extremely effective and motivating for them. I adapt my speaking level with them and use exaggerated gestures to convey meaning. Working with them definitely keeps my spirit up!
Adult students tend to be afraid to make mistakes because they can be self-conscious and self-monitoring. In my adult classes, I also tend to keep the atmosphere lively and energetic and build a rapport with my students to reduce their anxiousness and keep the communication flowing.
