About Ghislaine
I am a Customer Service and Human Resources professional. Academically I finished my baccalaureate in Human Resources and Marketing in 2010 at the Interamerican University of Arecibo in Puerto Rico. In addition, I also completed a master’s degrees specialized in Human Resources and a minor in management and leadership. I worked in the insurance industry for about seven years. And I n the private health department about 2 years. While I was my baccalaureate I gave tutorials to my study colleagues. That the reason of my passion in teaching. I speak fluent both languages spanish and english.

My teaching method well I try to adjust my class acordding to my student personality. I mostly like it to be participative therefor I identify myself with the method of Demonstrator, or coach style
The demonstrator retains the formal authority role by showing students what they need to know. The demonstrator is a lot like the lecturer, but their lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations or even a Facilitators who promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self actualization.
