One to one.Each sessions 35 min to 45 min.one needs to be relaxed .avoid distractions,normally minimam 5 to 10 sessions are needed.using affirmation, visualization, relaxation. Creativity, Play, hypnotic ️️.language.after hypnosis one asked to be relaxed and advice not to drive
