About Stiliani
I am a 200 hour yoga teacher and will be completing a 300 hour extension in the near future. In addition, classical psychology and yoga come together in my lessons. I am a psychology student and will soon start my master's degree in psychology. I want you to know:

You as my student are the focus. I offer hours at unusual times, the length varies from 15 minutes to 1 hour, so that you don't have to free up extra space in your everyday life for your practice. I would like to accompany you on your yoga path by supporting you, be it with asanas or individual concerns. I combine psychology and yoga here. In addition to the typical physical aspects of yoga, I would also like to bring you closer to the psychological ones. Once a week all students can come to a free "talk" lesson, we can talk about the alignment of asanas, make your inner alignment or something completely different, like a joint Ayurveda cooking lesson.
