About Kavita
I came across lot of people suffering from health issues due to wrong lifestyle, Lack of exercise and odd working hours. I decided to dedicate my life to a noble cause where I can help other people to cure themselves of lifestyle diseases.
Yoga is a way of living that aims toward not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind.
I supplemented my MSC Environmental Science, with various Yoga certifications like Yoga Wellness Instructor by YCB under Ministry of AYUSH, Yoga Shikshak by Yoga University of Americas, Meditation: Subtler Practices, Therapeutic Yoga. We conduct classes under our MSME registered enterprise named 'RutuYog Lifestyle'.
Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and requires no stunt skills. My humble request to all of you is to Include Yoga in your Daily Life and show respect towards life and nature.
