I am a certified yoga instructor, certified meditation coach and life coach. Enjoyed teaching kids for 15 years.
People who have taken meditation yoga session had a positive shift in their mind set. Understanding their limiting beliefs and child hood traums helped them to know where they need to make a shift.

Integrated approach of meditation with 1-1 coaching.
Three structured classes.
Yoga classes include hatha yoga, yin yoga and power yoga.
Include yoga philosophy while teaching.
Meditation is a seperate benefit that you can receive from theses sessions.
Wellness-Balance Awareness Transformation
Course 1 Balance
Where we do asanas with alignment, breath.
Pranayama ( not all)
Meditation only Yog Nidra.
Course Duration: 2 months.
No of Day’s: 3 Days in a week (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Course 2 Awareness
we introduce theory of yoga and body awareness along with alignment and breathe.
We also introduce yin yoga.
Pranayama ( introduce few more).
Meditation Yog Nidra, and open awareness.
Course duration: 2 months.
No of Day’s: 4 Days in a week (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Course 3: Transformation
Here we introduce beginner’s power yoga.
Pranayama
Meditation introduces visualisation with Yog Nidra and open awareness.
Course duration: 3 months.
No of Day’s: 5 Days in a week (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Note: There are no Dynamic and advance Asanas. The classes are more structured in wellness format.
