About Ruchi
I am a graduate in English (Hons.) from Delhi University and work for an International Airline. Having very strong communication skills, besides dealing with international customers, I train in-house staff every time the company has any product enhancements or operational updates. In so doing I discovered my passion for teaching and went on to complete a PG Diploma course in TEFL/TESOL from APTTI (Aspiring Professional Teachers Training Institute) Canada.

Since language is a means of communication, I would make my classes as interactive as possible. I would ensure from the very beginning to have students conversing as much as possible, that is allow maximum student talk time and intervene only in case the need arises for correction or if the student finds himself/herself stuck and unable to take the conversation/discussion forward.
