About Lucile

Hello, I’m Lucile, an international yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience across Ecuador, London, Tanzania, Morocco, France, and Colombia.

I am trained in Vinyasa Flow, Modified Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga, as well as pre and postnatal yoga. Over the years, I have taught in studios, retreats, surf camps, wellness workshops, private classes, and online sessions for students from many different backgrounds and levels.

My teaching style is supportive, mindful, and accessible. I focus on helping students feel comfortable, relaxed, and connected to their bodies while improving flexibility, mobility, strength, and emotional well-being.

I especially enjoy working with beginners, couples, prenatal women, older adults, and anyone looking for a gentle yet empowering yoga practice adapted to their personal needs.

About the lesson

My approach to yoga is supportive, mindful, and adapted to each student’s level, goals, and personal needs. I create a calm and welcoming environment where students can feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged to progress at their own pace.

I teach beginners, couples, prenatal women, older adults, and anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, relaxation, strength, and emotional wellbeing. My classes combine breathwork, mindful movement, stretching, relaxation, and personalized guidance.

I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga and adapt each lesson depending on your experience, energy level, and intentions. A typical class may include gentle warm-ups, breathing exercises, yoga flow, stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.

What sets me apart is my international teaching experience, my supportive teaching style, and my focus on creating classes that feel grounding, empowering, and accessible for every body.

My rates include a personalized online yoga class adapted to your level, goals, and needs, as well as a short consultation chat prior to the session to better understand your expectations. Classes are taught live via Zoom and may include breathwork, relaxation, stretching, mindfulness, and guided movement. Sessions for beginners, couples, prenatal women, and older adults are also available.
