About Trinity

As a lifelong yogi, I have experienced myself the power of coming home to your body. Yoga was passed down to me as a gift from my mom when I was young, and it has been my anchor ever since, through travel, study and every season of life. Sharing that gift with others is one of my greatest joys.

I’m a 200hr certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher and a passionate traveler, with teaching experience across Australia and Latin America. I currently teach Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin at RMIT Active in Melbourne, and I spent two months as a full-time resident yoga teacher in Mexico, leading over 50 classes for international students of all levels. I’ve deepened my practice through Bhakti yoga training in Guatemala, and completed further training in class sequencing.

Sound is one of my great passions, and I love bringing mantra, chanting and song into my classes to settle the mind and open the heart. I also believe yoga is about connection, both with ourselves and with each other. I love creating community, and you’ll always find me happy to chat about life before or after class.

I teach with deep respect for yoga’s roots. I love weaving in teachings and stories from ancient texts, honoring the philosophy at the heart of the practice, while grounding the physical asanas in modern knowledge of the body. The result is a practice that feels both timeless and supportive of how we live today.

My classes are safe, inclusive and encouraging. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Based on the Surf Coast, I teach from home and online, in English or Spanish.

About the lesson

My lessons blend Vinyasa, Hatha and Slow Flow, weaving together conscious movement, breath, philosophy and mantra to help you reconnect with your body and build strength from the inside out.

I close each class with gentle chanting and song, drawing on my Bhakti yoga training and musical background, to cleanse the mind and open the heart.

Each class is co-created with you: your desires, your energy on the day and what your body craves. I offer clear cueing, modifications and props so every pose feels accessible, and I can gradually introduce more challenging variations as we grow your practice together.
