About Brinda
I am a Postgraduate from Mangalore University specialized in yoga therapy. I have experience of 10 years in this field. I have given therapy to people with backache, obesity, underweight, headache, insomnia, stress, hypertension, etc. As a daily practitioner, I have benefited from yoga in many ways. So I am here to share my experience with the one who really needs it.

We have personalized and disease-specific yoga therapy with a scientific approach based on traditional knowledge. Class will contain practice of kriya (cleansing techniques), asanas, pranayamas, yoganidra, and meditation based on a person's need. We have some special practices like chaandraayana which is about yoga and lifestyle management especially for weight loss. We can take personal as well as group classes either in English or in Kannada language.

Excellent teacher
