About Lorina
I am a freelance journalist for German newspapers and magazines, worked in the USA for a year and currently live abroad, which is why English is the languages I use every day.
I studied economics in English and completed it with an English master's thesis, passed a TOEFL test for my job in the USA and have been translating texts as a freelancer since 2015.
I have been privately teaching English for 4 years and am familiar with the curriculum for the subject (in Berlin and Lower Saxony) and I am happy to be able to pass on the language that has made my life the way it is possible!

Creative writing and text comprehension are essential topics that we will focus on in my course. For this I always divide my lesson into a theoretical part, in which we can go through new vocabulary and clarify grammar questions, and a practical part, in which we work on writing style and comprehension.
