About Marla
Hello! I'm Marla, founder of Joy Om Yoga Ltd. My profession, I'm a UK Social Work Practitioner from South West of England. I'm a registered Yoga Alliance 500 Yoga Teacher and completed my training in India, where I undertook my 500 hours certification.
I have trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, pranayama and meditation and aim to include all these into my classes. I love to work with people, guiding you through a practice which will boost vitality, longevity and mental/emotional/physical well-being.
I love to travel, meet new people and explore new culture....also, i consider myself forever a student and am an avid learner.
I look forwards to meeting you on the Mat.

I design, plan and will guide you through a dynamic sequence which strengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. I share my my playlist for your enjoy our classes with some music, let's play and reconnect with our inner child. I focus on breathwork and movement with the breath to regulate your nervous system, overall boosting your vitality, relaxation and rejuvenation.
I can provide early morning or evening classes, class duration is 50 minutes for physical practice or 75 minutes which includes, meditation and breathwork.
My classes suit all practitioners and can provide classes to suit adults and children.
