ERYT-500 Certification (Yoga Alliance)
RYT200, RYT300 and RYT500 International Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
Continuing education workshops on advanced yoga techniques and teaching methods.
Have been assisting Yogacharya Master Prabhuji in organizing International yoga workshops in South Africa, Australia, China, Japan, United Kingdom, Singapore, and South Korea.
Assisting Yogacharya Master Prabhuji and Yogacharya Master Sathishji for Yoga Teaching Training Courses in China, Japan, and Singapore.
Proficient in English, Chinese and Malay languages useful for teaching.

I am an American Yoga Alliance ERYT500 certified yoga teacher. I started my yoga journey by practicing Traditional Prabhu Yoga with Yogacharya Master Prabhuji since 2007. More than 12 years of experience teaching multiple styles of yoga, focusing on improving students’ flexibility and enhancing health.
In one to one lessons, I will be very specific in addressing your concerns, help achieve your personal goals, and provide customized coaching to accelerate your progress. With certifications and extensive training in various yoga styles, I offer classes in Traditional Prabhu Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
A deep awareness of the transformative potential of yoga leads me to create a calming and harmonious experience for all students. Classes cover a variety of yoga practices and are suitable for students of all levels, from beginners just starting their yoga journey to experienced practitioners. Whether your aim is to improve flexibility, increase strength, relieve tension, or find inner balance, my sessions are based on your specific needs and priorities.
Yoga is a way of life. Yoga has no age limit and no bending limit. As long as you practice gradually and treat your body sincerely, nothing is impossible.

Single Lesson - MYR 80.00 (online)
MYR 100.00 (physical) face to face (Additional travel cost MYR20.00)
Group Lessons:
Online lessons – MYR 40.00 (1hr) Minimum 3 pax
Physical Lessons – MYR 25.00 (1hr) every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6.45am-7.45am @ 41, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (book in advance)
I prefer taking classes in a common area rather than a closed room. This is to ensure our practice spaces are well ventilated and comfortable. Thank you for your understanding.
Please wear comfortable clothing and remember to bring your own yoga mat, towel and drinking water.
