About Daphné
Hi! I'm Daphné, a kinesiologist with a passion for strength training, hypertrophy, and powerlifting. I've been training consistently for over eight years and earned my Powerlifting Coaching Certification in 2025. I'm also currently completing a Master's degree in Athletic Therapy, allowing me to deepen my knowledge of performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
My coaching is built on science-based training, personalized programming, and long-term progress. I believe that everyone, regardless of experience, deserves a training plan that fits their goals, lifestyle, and abilities. Whether you're new to the gym, looking to build muscle and strength, or aiming to improve your powerlifting performance, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.
