About Yulia
From January 2011 to September 2015 I gave English classes to the same students (from primary to high school). I observed as they learned and obtained high scores. There is no bigger reward than your pupil's eagerness to learn and to later demonstrate it in his grades. Nonethelss, the knowledge that the student acquires due to dedication and effort of both student and teacher is more important, since it persists over the years and adds further personal value to his future career. At the end of 2015, though, I was forced to stop my classes because of the change of residence and occupation. But now I'm back and I am eager to teach you proper English. I am Russian by birth, Spanish by heart, and English by degree. I finished the degree of English studies. I have some previous experience in tutoring students from primary to high school. Officially, I own the B1, but my diploma guarantees C1 level of English. In the near future, once my economy allows it to me, I'd like to obtain advanced certificate from Cambridge.
As for the methodology used, it varies according to the student, his level of the language in question, his domain and his predisposition to acquire language notions. Among the official methodologies used today, as I learnt from my degree, I lean towards the traditional approach: listening, speaking, reading, and writing [in this order]. But, I insist, it depends on each student's knowledge and, accordingly, the classes are prepared, meeting their needs/requirements.
