My lessons are simple and effective. I can teach absolute beginners to the intermediate. We can also focus classes around healing and manifestation. I specialise in trauma-informed yoga, kundalini cultivation, tantric practices, womb healing and yoga dance. I am a trauma-informed practitioner and an emotional release specialist. Thank you.
