Change Your Energy to Change your life! I’m a trained Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher specialising in soul growth. I specialise in healing the heart, self love and transformation. As a result, my offerings are aligned with the divine feminine cycle of the moon, and I am guided by goddesses and angels, offering intuitive and nourishing practises and tools to help you reclaim your energy and align with your soul purpose. As a guided intuitive, my sessions will give your body, mind and spirit exactly what it needs. During these challenging times we are being emotionally tested. As a result anxiety, fear, anger, fatigue and confusion may be preventing you from living in joy, peace and happiness. We are being called to heal and change from deep within and this journey starts with you. Are you ready to let your heart lead the way? You deserve to be happy. About the lesson

I have been teaching kundalini yoga and meditation for four years. I work energetically with the chakras to help you to work through your challenges and energetic or emotional blocks. It is my intention and wish that you will leave feeling inner peace, uplifted and empowered. My classes provide a scared space for you to discover, love and nourish what's on the inside. I align my classes with the source energy and moon cycles. I work with divine feminine archetypes and Archangels to help you to release and heal. My intention with all my classes to make you feel inner peace, uplifted and empowered. Suitable for all levels and total beginners.

About the class:

Kundalini Yoga has hundreds of different kryias which work in different ways and create different outcomes. Every session is different and can consist of a variations of one or all of the following: tuning in, movement, breathwork, mantra, mudra, meditation and eye focus. Relaxation and integration. I always invite you to seek divine guidance and pick an oracle card to help steer you in your intention setting.

Details

A typical Kundalini Yoga and Meditation private session is 1.5 hours long. This costs £35. Or I can tailor 1hr sessions as listed. If there is a group of you 3+ the price is £15 pp. I also hold new and full moon ceremonies.
