About Aathi

I am a law student who has done his under graduation in philosophy and post-graduation in Political science. I have been practicing yoga from the time I could walk but never got the opportunity to share the knowledge with someone willing to learn. Being involved in legal and public policy research has reaffirmed my faith that only a healthy population can build a wealthy nation. This platform acts as a forum for the dissemination of knowledge and skills. I have established my presence here to help people learn authentic Ashtanga yoga. Learning from gurus directly has helped me to acquire the finest of skills and knowledge and I am willing to transfer it to anyone interested.

About the lesson

I will proceed by evaluating the current fitness of the student and offer tailor-made asanas and breathing exercises to him or her. Since I have spent a considerable amount of time studying yoga and its history and philosophy, I will provide a broad theoretical framework that will enlighten the learner about the philosophy behind the particular asana/pranayama. I will demonstrate each pose or breathing exercise till the learner attains crystal clarity so that he or her gets it right in a few days itself.
