About Mohsin

I am an LLB graduate with a strong interest in teaching law and helping students understand complex legal concepts in a clear and practical way. I teach subjects including Public Law, Criminal Law, Company Law, Islamic Law, Tort Law, EU Law and LSM. My teaching focuses on legal principles, case-law analysis, exam preparation, legal reasoning and problem-solving. I aim to create friendly, engaging lessons tailored to each student's level and learning goals.

About the lesson

# Law Lessons I Offer

I offer clear, practical and student-focused lessons across a range of core law subjects, with a focus on helping students understand legal concepts, cases, principles and their practical application.

**Subjects I teach include:**

* **Public Law** – Constitutional principles, separation of powers, judicial review, human rights and the relationship between the state and individuals.
* **Law of the State and the Modern Constitution (LSM)** – Key constitutional principles, institutions, governmental powers and constitutional analysis.
* **Criminal Law** – General principles of criminal liability, offences, defences, causation, mens rea and actus reus, supported by relevant case law.
* **Company Law** – Company formation, separate legal personality, directors' duties, shareholders, corporate governance and corporate liability.
* **Islamic Law** – Fundamental principles and sources of Islamic law, legal concepts and their relevance to modern legal systems.
* **Law of Tort** – Negligence, duty of care, breach, causation, remoteness, occupiers' liability, nuisance and other major tort principles.
* **EU Law** – Fundamental principles of European Union law, EU institutions, free movement, supremacy, direct effect and key legal developments.

My lessons are tailored to the student's level and objectives. I can help with **understanding difficult topics, case-law analysis, exam preparation, essay structure, legal problem questions, legal research and developing strong legal reasoning skills**.

I aim to make law easier to understand by breaking complex legal principles into simple explanations while maintaining the academic depth required for university-level study.
