About Rasha

Hello! My name is Rasha, and I am passionate about psychology, mental well-being, and personal development.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Education, specialising in Early Childhood, a diploma in Mental Health, and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and addiction recovery support.

Through my experience in mental health support, I have developed a strong interest in helping people understand emotions, improve communication, build self-awareness, and develop healthier social skills.

Arabic is the language of my lessons, and I aim to make learning simple, practical, and enjoyable. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, explore new ideas, and learn at their own pace.

I look forward to helping you learn psychology and develop skills that you can use in everyday life!

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help Arabic-speaking students understand psychology, develop social skills, and improve emotional intelligence.

We will explore topics such as understanding emotions, effective communication, self-awareness, confidence, stress management, and healthy relationships through practical examples and interactive exercises.

I adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs, level, and goals. My lessons are friendly, supportive, and focused on practical skills that students can apply in everyday life.

Lessons are delivered in Arabic, making psychological concepts easy to understand and apply.

Whether you are a student interested in psychology or someone who wants to improve communication and social skills, I will help you learn step by step.
