About Udaykiran
My name is Udaykiran, and I am a certified yoga and Sudarshan Kriya practitioner trained by the Art of Living in India. I have guided over 70 students of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop strength, flexibility, focus, and inner calm. My teaching approach is calm, structured, and highly personalized, ensuring that each session is adapted to the student’s needs, goals, and abilities. I specialize in Surya Namaskara, a variety of yoga asanas, pranayama, Bhastrika, Sudarshan Kriya, and guided Shavasana, creating a holistic experience that benefits both body and mind. My name is Udaykiran, and I offer comprehensive yoga lessons based on my training from the Art of Living in India. I guide students through a full yoga journey that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and deep relaxation, designed to improve health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
In my lessons, you will learn:
-Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations): A series of dynamic postures that energize the body, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles.
-Various Yoga Asanas: Carefully selected postures targeting flexibility, strength, balance, and body alignment. These asanas cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
-Pranayama (Controlled Breathing): Techniques to enhance lung capacity, improve oxygenation, calm the mind, and regulate the nervous system.
-Bhastrika (Bellows Breath): A powerful breathing exercise to boost energy, increase focus, and detoxify the body.
-Sudarshan Kriya (Guided Rhythmic Breathing): A signature Art of Living technique that harmonizes the body, mind, and emotions, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity.
-Guided Shavasana (Deep Relaxation): A meditation and relaxation practice that allows complete mental and physical restoration at the end of each session.
