I love sharing my experience, techniques, and secrets to help others discover the creativity and happiness that baking brings.

About the lesson

I will teach you the secrets of traditional Slavic baking, working with different types of dough, and creating delicious pastries from around the world. You will learn professional baking techniques, dough preparation, chocolate tempering, and how to create beautiful chocolate bouquets and edible decorations. My lessons are suitable for beginners as well as anyone who wants to improve their baking skills in a friendly and practical way.
