About Krish
try to keep my teaching very simple and practical. For me yoga is not about doing perfect poses, it’s about understanding your body, your breath, and actually feeling better after the session.
I focus on making it easy to follow, especially for beginners who might feel confused or stiff at the start.
Most of my classes are guided step by step. I usually demonstrate first, then help students adjust their posture and breathing as we go.

I focus on a practical and mindful teaching approach that combines correct technique, breath awareness, and body alignment.
My goal is to make yoga simple, effective, and adaptable for different fitness levels while helping students build long-term consistency.
My teaching methods include step-by-step demonstrations, clear verbal cues, controlled breathing techniques, and gradual progression from basic to advanced movements.
I also emphasize posture correction, mobility improvement, and mindful movement rather than rushing through poses.
