About Vicky

Hari Om Myself Vicky Rana and I am a certified yoga teacher from Uttarakhand but before being a yoga teacher, for me teaching yoga is not just about earning it’s a lot more than just earning. When I was a yoga student, I used to think it’s just physical activity to make the body flexible but when I got to know Yoga it was and it still is a lot more than that. It taught me about the principles of life, how to focus, how to use my energy, how to block negativity around me and that’s my main goal to help people understand themselves so that they can deal with all the situations of life in a healthy way and learn to live peacefully. I have been through a lot of similar things but on a very genuine note Yoga helped me to get out and it can help you too. Thank you

About the lesson

My classes are for all levels of students, beginners to advanced. My classes are most focused on alignment and can be very intense according to my students. The only thing I ask from students is to be consistent and take yoga as a lifestyle, not some fashion. My classes are not limited to just the physical level but also to compose the mind and sync the body with the mind.

He introduced me to Pranayama, teaching me how powerful conscious breathing can be for both mind and body. Along with that, he also taught me about Ashtanga Yoga, a strong and disciplined form of yoga that builds both strength and focus.
