About Fevzi

My name is Fevzi Kirdag and I am a native Turkish speaker from Cyprus. My educational background consists of my undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Manchester and my upcoming postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science in Economic History. I have a background in prior GCSE level Mathematics and GCSE & A-Level Economics tutoring which was gained whilst I was pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Economics. I also occasionally hold revision sessions for Economics and Turkish A-Level at my past sixth form college. I really enjoy the process of teaching as I find it very fulfilling to help people better understand different topics and answering their queries.

About the lesson

I offer personalised GCSE and A-Level Turkish tutoring, with lessons tailored to each student’s individual level and needs. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the lessons will be customised to ensure you're developing the skills necessary to succeed. Our sessions will focus on improving your reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities, in line with the specific requirements of the exam curriculum. Reading practice will involve a range of texts to build comprehension and analytical skills, while writing exercises will help you express ideas clearly and accurately. Listening activities, using materials such as interviews and news reports, will enhance your ability to understand spoken Turkish in different contexts. Speaking practice will focus on increasing fluency and confidence, with interactive tasks and discussions to prepare you for exam-style speaking tasks. With tailored support, you’ll develop the language skills and confidence to excel in both the written and spoken components of your GCSE or A-Level Turkish exam, regardless of your starting point.
