About Dorina
Pole found me at one of the hardest times of my life — and it saved me.
From the moment I walked through those studio doors, I felt like I’d stepped into heaven — a playground for adults, pure joy.
I started back in 2015, trained consistently for five years, and qualified as a Level 1 & Level 2 Pole Fitness Instructor with Expert Pole in England in 2019. I taught for a year at the studio— then life shifted: I became pregnant, the world locked down, and I stepped away.
Five long years without pole. It hurt — deeply. But I put my focus where it needed to be: on my family.
In 2025, I came back. And I’ve never looked back.
If anything, I love it more now. I appreciate every move, every session, every win.
Pole does it all for me — mentally, physically, emotionally. And that’s why I teach: I want to share that gift with you.
There is no “I can’t.” You don’t need a dance background. You don’t need to be “fit already.” You just need to believe in yourself — and you’d be amazed at what your body is already capable of. You have strength in you you haven’t even met yet.
I love being the one to help you find it.
Nothing beats seeing that smile when a move finally clicks — knowing I was part of that moment. Watching you grow in your own journey? That’s why I’m here.
