I am a Licensed Zumba / Dance Fitness Instructor with 10 years of experience.

I have organised number of sessions for Corporates, Groups and Personal as well.

Also worked as a certified trainer in many renowned training facilities.

Also take sessions for Yoga, Strength and Conditioning along with Zumba and Dance Workouts.

About the lesson

Easy to follow and full of Dance and Music, these classes are meant for EVERYONE.

ONLINE sessions are available for ALL AGE GROUPS.
Seperate sessions for Kids and Adults

Level : Beginner, Intermediate or Experts ..All allowed.

60 minutes Dance Fitness /Zumba session will have following sections.

5 min - Stretching Songs/Tracks

10 min - Warm Up Songs

25 - 30 min - Main Songs/Tracks that will be full of really cool moves.We will be moving on Bollywood - Hindi & Punjabi, English & Latin songs.

5 - 8 min : Pre Cool Down Songs

5 min : Cool Down Song with Streching

Proper breaks will be given to participants as per their fitness levels.
