About Sushma
I will complete my masters in English by June 2019 and also will complete my two diplomas ( one in french and the other in creative writing) by July 2019. I have been teaching kids of all levels (from primary standard to degree) since 2015.

I believe in an interactive teaching mode. As soon as I explain the theoretical parts, I will let the student discuss with me what he understood (this will let me analyze the student - his understanding level, difficulties, and curiosity; and also helps me find out which of my teaching style is bringing best out of him). Once the subject is learned, I will test their knowledge on regular basis with little tests designed not to bore them but to inject interest in them!
