Gayatri patiently teaches you the basics of yoga and helps you learn the practice. Gayatri comes from a science and pharma background and has a deep understanding of how the body responds of exercises. She has a holistic approach to wellness. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for a yoga teacher.

It’s been a month since I joined Gayathri’s online yoga classes and I’ve paid for another month already. Even though it’s an online class she makes it very easy for me to understand everything. Her calmness and the way she talks will set your mood even before the actual yoga starts and everyday she encourages me to push myself harder and I made a lot of progress in the last month.
