About Saroj
I am a homeopathic medical practitioner with 35 years of medical practice. I have completed certificate course of Yoga from Yoga Abhyas Shibir and have been an avid Yoga practitioner for more than 15 years. I also teach yoga to my 2 kids and 2 grandkids. I am 61 yrs old and have personally benefited a lot due to yoga asanas; yoga has helped me maintain my overall health, fitness and flexibility even at this age.

I cover Iyengar Yoga as well as other general yoga information where i explain how to perform yoga posture with a demo, breathing technique for each posture and explain the benefits of the asana.
The classes are ideal for beginners of all ages who wish to learn basic asanas, pranayama technique.
