About Fabiana
I am a psychologist in training, I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology (neuropsychology curriculum). I studied the MBSR method through the course proposed by the AIOC association, becoming an instructor. For 4 years I have been practicing and delivering meditation, yoga and acroyoga classes.

The methodology I used involves three phases. The first phase includes a cognitive meeting, in which the motivations and expectations relating to the path are explored, which involves great personal commitment to its realization. The second phase is operational, includes 8 lessons of about 1 hour and a half (1 per week). The third phase is evaluative.
