About Vasundhra
I am a psychology post graduate with a passion for yoga. I am yoga teacher certified by the Sivananada School of Yoga. I am interested in how movement helps the mind. I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now.

My classes are based on the principle of movement and stillness. Movement for the body and stillness for the mind. My classes include a vinyasa where each asana leads to the other one. The classes are based on students preferences. The kind of classes I've taught are HIIT vinyasa, Restorative and meditative yoga and traditional sivananda class.
