About Sarika
I am a yoga practitioner and trainer who believes that yoga is not about pushing your body beyond its limits, but about understanding your body, listening to it, and gradually becoming stronger and more flexible.
I want to share my knowledge because yoga has the ability to bring balance to our body and mind. I enjoy helping people discover a practice that feels comfortable and meaningful to them.
Every person’s body is different, so I believe yoga should not be a one-size-fits-all practice. I aim to guide my students with patience, making suitable modifications whenever needed and helping them build confidence in their practice.
My goal is to make yoga simple, comfortable, accessible, and beneficial for everyone.

What makes my teaching different?
I don't believe yoga should be about forcing your body into difficult poses. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, understand each asana, and progress at your own pace.
Personalized Yoga Sessions
If you have specific concerns such as back discomfort, stiffness, limited flexibility, or difficulty with certain movements, I can modify the flow and select suitable asanas according to your individual needs.
