About Abdul
My name is Abdul Hameed, and I am a qualified Mufti with over 30 years of experience teaching Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh). I completed my Ifta studies after years of traditional Islamic education, giving me a strong grounding in both Hanafi Fiqh and general/comparative Fiqh across the major schools of thought. Teaching Fiqh has been a core part of my work throughout my career, alongside Quran and Islamic studies.
I have taught students at every level — beginners seeking a foundational understanding of everyday Fiqh matters like worship, purification, and daily conduct, as well as advanced students, including those at Alim level, studying deeper jurisprudential rulings and their reasoning (Usul-ul-Fiqh). My teaching approach is structured and evidence-based, helping students understand not just what the rulings are, but the reasoning behind them.
I believe Fiqh should be taught in a way that is practical and relevant to daily life, not just theoretical. My goal is to help every student, regardless of their starting level, gain clarity and confidence in applying Islamic jurisprudence correctly.

I am a qualified Mufti with 30+ years of experience teaching Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), covering both Hanafi Fiqh and general/comparative Fiqh. I teach students at every level, from beginners learning foundational rulings on worship and daily conduct, to advanced and Alim-level students studying deeper jurisprudential reasoning.
My teaching style is structured, evidence-based, and adapted to each student's level. I adjust lesson timings according to student availability and support both online and in-person learning.
