I worked for many years in the corporate world as a hardware engineer. After attending a yoga teacher training initially just to deepen my own practice, I gradually started teaching more and more, until I eventually decided to leave the corporate world behind and dedicate myself to yoga full time.

My greatest joy is sharing my passion and learnings with my students and helping them find where and how yoga can benefit their lives.

I can introduce you to the beautiful techniques of pranayama and mantra, to push beyond your existing asana practice.

I can help you explore your physical limitations, improving strength and flexibility in a safe, sustainable practice.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, I can help you unlock your potential and move deeper into your Sadhana.

Beyond classical yoga, I also teach Aerial yoga and acroyoga / partner acrobatics. If you have access to the appropriate tools or practice partner, I would be happy to provide coaching in those skills.
