About Ajita
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 8 years, with a strong focus on asana practice. Over the years, yoga has taught me that the practice is not about forcing the body into postures, but about developing strength, mobility, awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself. I enjoy helping students build a practice that is challenging, sustainable, and meaningful, while respecting their individual bodies and abilities.

My approach to asana is about learning to understand your own body rather than simply performing postures. I combine strength, mobility, flexibility, breath and mindful movement to create a practice that is both challenging and sustainable. Classes are adapted to the student’s level, with attention to alignment, individual limitations and gradual progress.
