About Nora

I am a native Turkish speaker, bilingual in both English and Turkish. I was raised in London but I have moved to Turkey after completing my masters degree with a Distinction in Financial Law after graduating with a 2:1 in law and have been living here since 2015. I am a qualified lawyer and currently working as an in-house legal counsel at one of the world's largest state owned oil & gas companies in Istanbul.

Turkish is my mother-tongue, growing up I would always read Turkish authors as well as many world classics in their Turkish translation. Many people are often surprised to find out that I grew up in London, since my Turkish is very fluent with no influence of foreign accent. I have previously tutored young kids and adults in learning the Turkish language.

About the lesson

I offer interactive online teaching. I am flexible and can adapt my teaching methodology taking into consideration the needs and expectation of the student. Contact me if you would like to improve your Turkish language speaking skills whilst also having an entertaining conversation regarding the Turkish language, culture and people!
