Alyssa is an amazing instructor! As a beginner in yoga, I was afraid I was not fit enough to do certain movements or poses. Good thing she was very encouraging and provided guidance and modification whenever I needed it. She also offers more challenges for more advanced people. Her teaching style feels very holistic - I feel refreshed and connected with myself after every session! I recommend her to anyone at any level of their yoga journey.
