About Li
My brother is a jazz pianist, and his love for performing inspired my love for the piano. I mainly play classical music, but I love all styles, especially ragtime.
I've been learning piano for over 12 years and I've achieved a Grade 8, working towards a Diploma in Performance. I love teaching it, and I've taught some of my friends.

I teach classical piano for people of all ages up to Grade 5 or equivalent.
My lesson style can be as relaxed or focused as you like. I'm very knowledgeable on ABRSM grading and teaching alongside sight-reading, but I can also accommodate learning by sound if you'd prefer.
With younger children up to 10 I recommend staying in the room while I teach: it helps to secure practice routines and a love of the piano. Unfortunately at this time I do not teach beginners (with less than a few months of lessons) below the age of 11.
