About Agnendra
I’m a certified Yoga and Fitness trainer from India with over 10 years of experience in transforming lives of my clients. My style combines the best possible exercises from different fitness routines from both western and traditional Indian techniques. Over the years I have developed a clear understanding of mind, breath and body control and my techniques have been conducive to getting the desired results for my clients.

Fitness has mainly 4 aspects: Cardiovascular health, Muscular Strength, Flexibility and Mental health. You can acquire it all with my easy to follow lessons that are customised to your individual needs. “Mind controls the body and vice-versa”. Learn how to control your body and your mind will follow. This is the basic ideology of Yoga. However, fitness is fitness. Whether you follow a western gym routine, pilates, yoga or any other form of physical activity, the aim is the same. My lessons are carefully programmed keeping in mind every aspect of fitness. So, come and join me to transform into the real YOU.
