About Gemma
I have been practising Yoga since 2014 and completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance Teaching Training in April 2018. I have taught Yoga and Meditation in Thailand, Cambodia and the UK. Whilst travelling in Asia, my interest in meditation and mindfulness led me to study with Monks in Thailand.

I am a certified and experienced Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor, specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga.
I am passionate about sharing my expertise and experience with yoga and mindfulness to inspire and guide others to live more mindfully, becoming happier, healthier and calmer.
My mission is to help stressed and anxious people to improve their mental health, and create a calmer body and mind through yogic and mindfulness practices. Sharing the tools and techniques I have learned over the last 7 years, I strive to facilitate a personal transformation in each individual I work with.
The class will take place via a Skype call or Zoom Video meeting.
