GROUP CLASS
If you are looking for a group full of good vibes, variety, an authentic practice but without losing the sense of humor, and a bit of challenge according to your capabilities, you will love our THURSDAY classes at 20:00.
The group comprehends a wide range of ages, from 25 to 50 years old, beginner to intermediate level. People with office works but who enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle.
ONLINE PERSONAL CLASS
In this ONE to ONE classes the objective will be to build a Yoga routine ADAPTED to your needs, that will allow you develop SELF-RELIANCE in your practice.
This way you will be able to a more frequent personal practice without having to come to class everyday.
You will be not dependent of the teacher, so it will be easier for you to fit your practice in your schedule, and you will also save money in classes!
With time you will only need a class to perfect some details or to learn new techniques.
You will be able to feel
more relaxed and flexible thanks to your self-practice!
