About Saloni
My yoga journey began as a personal practice a space where I could breathe, move, and reconnect with myself. Over time, yoga shifted from something I did to something I lived. It helped me grow emotionally, physically, and mentally and that transformation inspired me to guide others through the same experience. To deepen my practice and study yoga in its true essence, I completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training from a well-known yoga school in Hyderabad. This training helped me understand yoga beyond asanas including pranayama, kriyas, meditation, yoga nidra, anatomy, alignment, yoga philosophy, sequencing, and therapeutic applications. Along with my yoga training, I pursued studies in health and wellness coaching and nutrition, because I believe true well-being is holistic. Yoga, breath, mindset, movement, nourishment, sleep, and emotional balance all work together. This background allows me to support my students not just on the mat, but in their lifestyle and daily habits as well. As a teacher, I’m influenced by everything I wished I had when I was a student, clear guidance, emotional safety, correct alignment, and a sense of purpose in every movement. My approach is mindful, compassionate, and rooted in both tradition and modern understanding. Today, I teach yoga to help people feel more connected to their breath, their body, and their inner calm. I continue learning, exploring, and evolving because yoga is a lifelong journey, and teaching comes from continued experience, curiosity, and humility. Yoga changed my life and now I’m here to help you experience the same transformation in your own way, at your own pace.

Yoga has been a part of my life for many years, and my journey as a student shaped the teacher I am today. I used to wish for a class where I felt guided, seen, supported, and understood not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Today, I teach the kind of yoga I always needed.
My classes go beyond just asanas. You’ll experience a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flows, strength and mobility work, therapeutic movement, cleansing kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra. Every session is curated with intention to help you build balance, strength, awareness, and inner calm.
Whether you’re a beginner or already practicing, my approach is holistic, mindful, and personalized. Yoga isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection. One breath, one movement, one transformation at a time.

She is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. She not only teaches the asanas but also helps in correct alignment which a lot of yoga teachers these days are missing. She does not rushes in the asanas to ensure every one gets fair chance to learn the correct way to do it.
