About Eric
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School and College students from diverse backgrounds. During my teaching career, I have successfully guided around 150 students toward improving their English skills while building confidence in speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning simple, interactive, and relevant to daily life. Every lesson is personalized to match the student's learning pace and goals. I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing through discussions, practical examples, and engaging activities that encourage communication.
I maintain a welcoming classroom where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions. Regular assessments and personalized feedback help learners recognize their achievements while continuing to improve.
Many of my students have achieved higher grades and stronger communication skills through consistent practice and structured guidance. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills.

My teaching methodology focuses on making English simple, practical, and enjoyable. I believe every student learns differently, so I use flexibility to adapt my lessons according to individual goals, learning styles, and progress. Whether a student wants to improve speaking, grammar, writing, pronunciation, or prepare for exams, I create lessons that match their needs.
Empathy and compassion are at the center of my teaching. Learning a new language can be challenging, so I provide a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I encourage steady progress by recognizing every achievement and offering constructive feedback that builds confidence.
Communication is the main focus of every lesson. Students learn through conversations, discussions, role-playing, storytelling, reading passages, listening exercises, and writing activities. I encourage students to think in English instead of translating from their native language, helping them become more fluent and natural speakers.
Collaboration is another important part of my teaching. I work closely with students to set realistic goals, review their progress regularly, and adjust lessons whenever necessary. This keeps students motivated and involved in their own learning journey.
Besides ESL, I also teach English Grammar, Spoken English, Business English, Academic English, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, Communication Skills, English Literature, and Interview Preparation. My goal is to help students communicate confidently, accurately, and independently in academic, professional, and everyday situations.
