About Parameshwari
I’m Parameshwari (Param), a Hatha Yoga teacher dedicated to teaching practical, sustainable yoga for everyday life. My journey began with a deep interest in understanding the body beyond just flexibility, which led me through years of focused study and personal practice.
Over time I realized many people struggle not because they are incapable, but because they are taught to imitate rather than understand. My teaching is built around clarity — alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progression — so students can practice safely without fear of strain or injury.
I work with beginners, regular practitioners, and people dealing with stiffness from modern lifestyles. Instead of chasing advanced poses, I help students build stability, ease, and confidence in movement. The aim is to create a practice they can maintain independently, anywhere they go.
For me, yoga is not performance.
It is a skill for living comfortably in your body.

Yoga is often taught as something to achieve — deeper bends, harder poses, faster progress.
But many people quietly carry pain, stiffness, confusion, or fear of injury while trying to keep up.
My classes are different.
I don’t teach you to force your body into shapes.
I teach you how your body actually works.
You will learn: • how to move without straining your joints
• how to use breath to support movement instead of fighting it
• how to build flexibility safely (not temporarily)
• how to become steady, not just flexible
• how to practice even on low-energy or stressful days
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning after a break, stiff from long sitting, or already practicing but feeling stuck — the goal is the same: a practice you can continue for years without injury or burnout.
I focus on understanding over imitation.
Because once you understand your body, you no longer depend on copying — you can practice anywhere, anytime, with confidence.
Yoga should support your life, not become another pressure inside it.
That is what I teach.
