I'm a Naturopathy and yoga doctor (BNYS). Ice been taking online yoga sessions and consultations since 1 year. My teaching methods varies for each individual according to their health status. For beginners I start yoga sessions with mild exercises and basic asanas and then further move on to stretching and advanced asanas day by day. For clients with health issues I give sessions accordingly
