About ANANDHU A S
Dear All,
I have been practicing Yoga since I am 10th Std. But I didn't expected that it would become my life until I've lost my Father all ofa sudden. I was torn apart and Trashed when that Tragic haulted on me. I have lost all my charm and Breath.
I was then joined Sivananda Ashram like a rehabilitation centre for abnormally normal guy who lost his father. I have learnt Yoga and then I gained capacity to face the un invited.

I completely follow the same way of teaching that of Sivanda.The asanas are arranged in such a way beneficial for our body so I use the same order as of the Ashram is.
I belive focus and low emotional strength is the reason for The failure of todays generation So to overcome this I would like to provide more Discipline on ones diet as well as routine.
