About Sophie
Hey sweet souls. My name is Sophie and, I'm sure just like most of you, I have a huge passion and devotion to making sure that I recognise the magic of this life every single day. To do so, I prioritise activities that fill my cup. Of course, this includes my daily yoga practice, as well as journalling, cooking, reading inspiring books, drawing, painting and crocheting!
I am a huge traveler and have spent the last few years roaming through Europe, Hawaii, road tripping Australia and have luckily been able to spend most of 2022 living in Bali.
I absolutely love learning and am always open to dive into various random topics so if you have any weird and whacky interests, I would love to know!
Teaching and guiding you through yoga online excites me more than you know. Being able to share this practice with beautiful souls who are open to receiving is the most beautiful practice.
I cannot wait to meet you, get to know you, and guide you through your own practice.

My classes incorporate aspects of yoga philosophy and are themed around an intention so we can connect with the deeper emotional, mental, and physical benefits of yoga. After practicing with me I hope that you are able to walk away feeling empowered and connected with yourself through your personal practice.
I see myself as a guide to hold space for you to tap into your own energy and get what you need out of your flow.
I guide vinyasa, Hatha, yin and guided meditation.
If you have specific areas you wish to focus on, a class will be tailored to your needs.
